Improve your strength, balance and stability with exercise and fitness equipment that focuses on low back, abdominals and glutes. All fitness levels are welcome, however this class does involve cardio/weights and would be considered an intermediate class. However, all classes have modifications for each exercise and are suitable for beginners. Space is limited. First come, first serve.
