Our Athletic Development Program is a comprehensive, multi-sport training experience designed to build well-rounded, confident, and skilled young athletes. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for competitive play, this program offers a progressive pathway to athletic excellence through a variety of specialized sessions:

  • Basketball Clinics: Focused skill-building sessions that develop core basketball techniques including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense, all in a fun and supportive environment.
  • Intro Series: Basketball and Volleyball: A beginner-friendly introduction to both sports, teaching the fundamentals through engaging drills and games. Perfect for young athletes exploring their interests.
  • Volleyball Clinics: Skill-focused training that covers all aspects of volleyball, from serving and passing to setting and hitting, tailored to each athlete’s level.
  • Pre-Season Volleyball Training: High-intensity sessions designed to prepare athletes for school or club tryouts. Emphasis is placed on conditioning, advanced techniques, and team strategy.

This program is ideal for youth athletes looking to improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of structured, sport-specific training. Led by experienced coaches, each session promotes physical literacy, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sport.

Basketball Skills Clinic Series 

Take your game to the next level with these 3  dynamic basketball clinic’s ! Each 2-hour session is designed to develop position-specific skills in a high-energy, supportive environment. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your technique, this clinic has something for every player.


Guard Skills

Sharpen your perimeter game.
This session is tailored for point guards and shooting guards:

  • Advanced ball handling & dribbling under pressure
  • Court vision and decision-making
  • Perimeter shooting and off-the-dribble scoring
  • On-ball defense and transition play
    Includes situational drills and small-sided games to apply skills in real-time.

Forward Skills

Versatility and strength on the wing.
Ideal for small and power forwards, this session focuses on:

  • Mid-range shooting and finishing at the rim
  • Rebounding technique and positioning
  • Defensive versatility (guarding multiple positions)
  • Off-ball movement and cutting
    Includes drills that emphasize agility, strength, and basketball IQ.

Post Skills

Dominate the paint.
Designed for centers and post players:

  • Post moves (drop step, hook shot, up-and-under)
  • Footwork and positioning
  • Shot blocking and rim protection
  • High-low passing and post entry reads
    Includes live post play scenarios and rebounding battles.

 Volleyball Skills Clinic Series

Whether you’re new to volleyball or looking to refine your technique, these clinics are designed to build strong fundamentals and elevate your game. Each 2-hour session focuses on a different set of skills, taught by experienced coaches in a fun and supportive environment. There are 3 main clinics run throughout the summer

 


Serving & Passing Focus

Master the first contact.
This session emphasizes two of the most critical skills in volleyball:

  • Serving: Learn float and topspin techniques, serving zones, and consistency.
  • Passing: Improve platform control, footwork, and reading the ball.
    Includes individual drills, partner work, and serve-receive scenarios.

Setting & Hitting

Build your offense.
Designed for setters and middle hitters, this session focuses on: 

  • Setting: Hand positioning, footwork, decision-making, and tempo. 
  • Hitting: Hitting: Approach mechanics, arm swing, shot selection, and blocking. 

Includes strategy and the fundamentals of hitting. 


Libero Skills

Dominate the backcourt.
This session is ideal liberos or those looking to up their defensive game: 

  • Libero Skills: Digging, serving receiving, court coverage, and communication.
    Includes defensive drills, hitting reps, and game-like scenarios.

Get ready to hit the ground running this season with our high-energy preseason volleyball training! Designed for athletes of all levels, this program builds strength, sharpens skills, and prepares you for competitive play.

Daily Session Breakdown:

5:00 – 5:30 PM | Conditioning, Strength & Power
Each day features a different focus to build a complete athletic foundation:

Monday: Speed & Agility

Tuesday: Strength Training (Upper & Lower Body)

Wednesday: Plyometrics & Power Development

Thursday: Core Stability & Mobility

5:30 – 6:30 PM | Skills Development

Technical drills: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking

Position-specific training and footwork
