Free Fitness Orientation:

Required by youth 13-15 to access the fitness floor.

Our orientation includes:

  • Cleanliness and safety of the gym

  • Proper use of pin loaded and plate loaded equipment

  • Where to get and return smaller equipment like bands, belts, straps

Anyone is welcome to book an orientation to get familiar with our floor, and to encourage safe and effective training.

Aquafit – All Levels
A full body workout in the water. This fun, fast, water-based aerobics classes combines cardio and strength training by incorporating force of motion with water resistance.

Aqua Zumba – All Levels
Splash to the beat in this full body workout in the water. Groove to Latin and international music and build your cardiovascular fitness through a combination of alternating fast and slow movements.

Water Walking – All Levels
A low-impact class to increase balance, stability, flexibility, and lower body strength while having the support of the water. Various walking movements in the lazy river will work on muscular endurance, specifically in your legs and core which will enhance daily movements, such as walking for all ages and abilities.

Baby and Me – All Levels
Baby and Me fitness class focuses on improving the adult’s cardiovascular fitness and building/restoring strength in a fun, safe, and child friendly environment. Children under 5 years of age are welcome to attend the class.

Kid Fit – Ages 3-7
Kid Fit will introduce children to an assortment of movements in a playful manner consisting of routines, sports, coordination, balance, and games. Parents involvement is optional.

Mobility Mondays – Monday Nights 6:45-7:45
This class teaches the basics of mobility training and stretching. Mobility Mondays is a lower intensity class that works on joint health and allows the body to work on improving strength and stability and range of motion. The exercises and stretches selected are to help improve performance by targeting muscles and areas of the body that need more stability or flexibility. In the long run the goal is for this class to help with overall better health, performance and injury prevention. 

Speed and Explosion – Tuesday Nights 6:45-7:45 
This class will help you be as fast as you can from start to stop. This is a higher intensity class where we challenge participants to work on their fast movements with control and precision. Specifically, the exercises used are to help develop a faster more controlled athlete allowing for better performance. In this class we also do performance tracking through various tests (20m run, box drill). This is so we can track progression and work on weaknesses.  

Jungle fitness (Circuit Training) – Wednesday nights 6:45-7:45
learn new exercises that help build you into a stronger and faster athlete. This class is designed to help introduce circuit style training to the younger athletes while also helping them engage in new exercises. By using the synergy system in the main weight room, they will be exposed to various forms of exercises to help work on their overall fitness. This is a full body workout mainly consisting of 3 exercises of each Upper body, Lower body, Cardio and Abs. For any kid wanting to get some good exercise over the summer and learn new ways to get active this class is perfect. 

Vertical Training – Thursday nights 6:45-7:45
Learn how to train your legs too and become a more confident jumper. This is a program designed for athletes or anyone who wants to improve their ability to jump higher but also with more control. Heavily focused on lower body development and conditioning, this class implements various forms of high and low intensity exercises to build a stronger athlete. We are doing performance tracking to gauge where the participants need to improve. Specifically, we are doing distance jumping and vertical testing to track progressions.

Golden Fit – Senior Class
Experience fitness and functional movements in our Golden Fit class. Designed for seniors, each class has a unique focus of either, functional fitness, strength, balance, and flexibility. Weights, Swiss balls, mats and more will be used in this existing, dynamic, and engaging class.

Powerwalking – Beginners/Seniors
Join us in the gymnasium for this full body, low impact, and low intensity workout. This class uses dumbbells and resistance training equipment to add variety to each workout. Each class ends with a gentle stretch to ensure you leave feeling refreshed and rewarded.

Water Walking – All Levels

A full body exercise class using easy- to-follow fitness choreography and music. A combination of old-school aerobics and modern fitness techniques High Fitness alternating between high intensity cardio and toning tracks.

Pound – All Levels
Rock out in this rhythm-based class that utilizes a pound drumstick to create music while moving your body through motions. Work you muscle while lifting your spirits in this face passed, loud, and thrilling class.

Strong Nation – All Levels
STRONG Nation is a high intensity tempo training class that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training while incorporating moves synced to music. Come experience a mix of squats, lunges, burpees, and martial arts inspired moves designed to continually challenge your body.

Zumba – All Levels
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Each routine incorporates interval training, by alternating fast and slow rhythms, to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Barre – All Levels
Barre incorporates a ballet barre, banding, and balls to build lean and toned muscles. The use of low impact movements activates muscles through a combination of ballet and Pilates moves.

TRX Strength and Stretch – All Levels
Move the whole body in this strength, balance, and core class using suspension training. Each class will focus on building strength through various routines and ending with a deep stretch to have you feeling revitalized.

Stretch and Core Bender Ball – All Levels
The use of Bender Ball movements will focus on slowing down and opening the body through slow passive stretches. Stretches in this class mainly focus on hips and shoulders which will help to increase physical performance and prevent injury.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion – All Levels
A blend of yoga and Pilates designed to build strength and tone your muscles while improving your flexibility and fostering mind and body harmony.

Yoga – All Levels
A combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Move your body through routines that promote mental and physical well being and help form a union between the body and mind.

Cardio (Instructor’s Choice) – All Levels
Each Cardio Instructors Choice class the fitness instructor will choose different movements, routines, and equipment to keep each class fresh, fun, and unique. Classes may include Bosu balls, steps, ropes, and more.

Cycle – All Levels
Indoor cycling class is designed for all experience levels. Set your individual intensity as the instructor has you riding to the beat of music, pushing up hills, and sprinting flats.

High Fitness – All Levels
A full body exercise class using easy-to-follow fitness choreography and music. A combination of old-school aerobics and modern fitness techniques High Fitness alternating between high intensity cardio and toning tracks.

HIIT – All Levels
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) are workouts that incorporate timed activity and recovery time. Example: 20 seconds of work 10 seconds recovery. This is a total body workout focusing on muscle and cardio. Come ready to use equipment and body weight in this fast paced and exhilarating class.

Rise and Grind – All Levels
A cardio and muscle-based class utilizing equipment in and around the SYNERGY 360 system. Intervals and circuits using kettlebells, dumbbells, bikes, rowers, TRX, and more will have you leaving class feeling rewarded and accomplished.

Strength and Cardio – All Levels
A fun full body workout that combines of strength training and cardio. Utilizing free weights, track, and cardio equipment will keep you engaged, during this fast-paced class.

TABATA30 EXTREME – High Level
If you are looking for a challenging workout in a short amount of time, this is the one! Each workout is less than 30 minutes and will push your limits. 4 sets of 1 minute of work, 30 seconds (or less) of rest per exercise. This means that the working muscle group will be thoroughly done!

Turn and Burn – All Levels
Turn and Burn is an interval class incorporating cycling drills and strength training. Get ready to cycle up a sweat then move into full body strength training off the bike. Each class will have various timed drills for all levels.

Abs, Core and More – All Levels
Engaging the body from head to toe, this low impact class focuses on tightening and toning abs, hips, back, and lower body, by using body weight exercises and other exercise equipment. This class we will focus on posture, core stability, strength, and much more.

Rise and Grind – All Levels
A cardio and muscle-based class utilizing equipment in and around the SYNERGY 360 system. Intervals and circuits using kettlebells, dumbbells, bikes, rowers, TRX, and more will have you leaving class feeling rewarded and accomplished.

Strength and Cardio – All Levels

Strength and Conditioning – All Levels
Explore functional fitness in this full body class. Classes will incorporate the us of tire flips, deadlifts, sled pushes, squats, slams, and more.

Strength and Core – All Levels
A low impact fitness class to condition the whole body. Floor based movements and weights will be used to work muscle groups and develop overall strength.

Stretch and Core Bender Ball – All Levels

Fundamental Yoga
8 week Program

Learn about yoga in a small group setting. Working progressively through beginner movements to more advanced ones.

The Big 3

Learn to effectively and safely squat, bench and deadlift with comfort and mobility.

Dryland & Sport Training

Youth will practice flexibility, sport specific skills, physical literacy, confidence, and coordination. Ages 12-17.
