Youth Fitness Programs

Youth programs specifically designed to improve fitness, strength, and conditioning. Ages 8-11 , 12-15, and 15-18.

Golf Fit

This program will incorporate conditioning and golf lessons to keep you out of the bunker and on the green!

The Big 3

Learn to effectively and safely squat, bench and deadlift with comfort and mobility.

Youth Summer Sport Training

Youth will practice flexibility, sport specific skills, physical literacy, confidence, and coordination. Ages 12-17.

At-Home Fitness

Connect to YMCA programs, activities and instructors from the comfort of home.

Intro to Weightlifting

Learn proper technique and reach your goals in weight lifting with this 4-week program.
