Dive into some fun at the Subaru of Lethbridge Cor Van Raay Aquatics Center! Below are our amenity and class times for everyone to enjoy!

Lane Swim:

• Available during facility operation hours
• Lane, diving board, rock wall and lazy river may be inaccessible during programming

Aquatic Fitness Class Descriptions:

• High energy:
  • Deep Water – A great workout for your core, held in the deep-end of the training pool. Individuals wear a flotation belt. All ages and abilities welcome.
  • Shallow Water – Hight intensity, held in the shallow-end of the training pool. No swimming experience required, all ages and abilities welcome.
• River Heart Healthy – This class focuses on medium intensity with lower impact. Held in the Lazy river.
• Night Time Power Hour – High intensity, held in the shallow-end of the training pool. No swimming experience required, all ages and abilities welcome.
• Gentle Aquafit – Designed for those with mobility or arthritis issues. Held in the shallow-end of the training pool. A focus on range of motion with low intensity.
• Water Walking – A great workout for working on range of motion and mobility issues. Held in the Lazy river. All ages and abilities welcome.
