Fitness Programs

YMCA Lethbridge offers a variety of Fitness Programming for young adults, adults and active older adults.

In addition, to fitness programs we also offer an Adult Multi-Sport League!

Adult Rec League

Looking for the ultimate multi-sport rec league, well look no further! This adult only, 18+ program is designed to challenge you and your sport skills in a variety of activities. From Basketball to Flag Football to Dodgeball, you name we will play it! Each week a new sport is introduced and teams will compete to win the ultimate multi-sport champion title! All abilities are welcome. You can sign up as a team or as an individual and we will place you on a team.

Adult Rec League will run Tuesday nights within two time slots

  1. 7:30-8:30pm or 2. 8:30-9:30pm

Once your team has been determined you will recieve a schedule indicating what time slot you will play in!

Fees are charged per person, GST included.

Adventure Race Training

Beginner- Olympic Lifting

Female Fitness Challenge

Youth Athlete Development
