YMCA Lethbridge offers a variety of Fitness Programming for young adults, adults and active older adults. All abilities welcome!


Winter Session (Jan. 6-Mar. 30) Registration Open Dates:  

  • Members: November 12th
  • Non- Members: November 26th

Spring Session (April 5 – June 21):

  • Members: February 4th
  • Non- Members: February 18th

Beginner- Olympic Lifting

This program will teach you the fundamentals, principals, and execution of Olympic Weightlifting. Movements included:    Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Olympic Style Squats, Pressing Series

Specific focus on core control, breathing techniques and body awareness, 16+
