The Health and Fitness Programs specialize in a specific modality or sport to challenge and teach you the foundations through a positive teaching atmosphere that supports growth throughout the entire 11 week session.
- Winter Session: Jan 9 – Mar 27
Winter Registration (NOW OPEN):
- Members: November 16th
- Non-Members: November 30th
