The Health and Fitness Programs specialize in a specific modality or sport to challenge and teach you the foundations through a positive teaching atmosphere that supports growth throughout the entire 11 week session.


Session Dates: 

  • Winter Session: Jan 9 – Mar 27

Winter Registration (NOW OPEN):

  • Members: November 16th
  • Non-Members: November 30th

Registration Deadline: January 8, 2021
