Pound

Pound fitness is a combination of cardio and weight training style exercises. It also includes rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Between the rockin’ music and the up-beat atmosphere, you’re bound to have a fulfilling workout!

Pound uses colorful, light-weight (1/4-lb) drumsticks called Ripstix to add an element of fun to  the class,  while also helping exercisers keep count during certain positions! No prior experience is needed to participate and excel at this style of training.

All fitness levels welcome, ages 13 and up!
