Summer Dryland & Sport Training
Interesting in building your fundamentals, foundation, and fitness/sport base? Look no further then the YMCA Summer Dryland & Sport Training page. Here you will find activities and sport programs for youth looking to get coaching in sport as well as fitness and dryland coaching. Youth will build their overall athleticism through training in flexibility, warm ups, cooldowns, dynamic and static stretching, sport specific skills, physical literacy, confidence, coordination, and passion for sport.

In order to receive member pricing, the membership must remain in effect for the duration of the program. Should the participant cancel their membership prior to the end of the program, the YMCA of Lethbridge requires the participant to pay the difference between the member and the non-member pricing to continue in the program.
