More than just a gymnasium:

  • 1 large field house (can divide into an additional 3 gymnasiums)
  • A variety of open gym and leisure drop-in times
  • Children, youth and adult sport programming
  • Fitness classes and drop-in sport opportunities

Drop-In Activities

Basketball
A team sport in which two teams of five compete with the objective of shooting a basketball through the defender’s hoop and preventing the opposing team from shooting on their own hoop.

Volleyball
A team sport in which two team compete across a net. Each team tries to score points by having the volleyball hit the ground on the other teams side of the net.

Pickleball
A Paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players (Singles or doubles) compete with solid paddles. Each team tries to score points by returning the ball over the net prior to a second bounce.

Badminton
A racquet sport played across a net with two or four players (singles or doubles). Each team tries to score points by returning the shuttlecock across the net prior to it hitting the ground.

Open Gym
An open gym where a variety of equipment, activities, and sports can be utilized.

Family Play
A gymnasium dedicated to families with varying ages of children. Soft toys, activities, and sports for younger children will be placed throughout the gymnasium to ensure fun for the whole family.

Our Programs

We offer a range of registered sport programs for both youth and adults to enhance your YMCA Experience.

Adult Rec League
(18+)

Sign up as an individual and get paired up, or bring your friends and sign up as a team! Basketball, Pickleball, Volleyball and Multi-Sport leagues.

Youth & Family Sport
(6-15 years)

Badminton, Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, and Multi-Sport Available.

Sport Camps
(8-9 & 10-12 years)

Spend the day swimming, exploring outdoors, meeting new friends, and learning about various sports from our experienced coaching counselors.

Dryland & Sport Training
(12-17 years)

Youth will practice flexibility, sport specific skills, physical literacy, confidence, and coordination. Ages 12-17.

Home School Programs
(6-12 years)

Develop your child’s confidence by introducing them to badminton, basketball, volleyball and more!
