Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine.

There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba®class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.


Deep Water Jog

Excellent cardiovascular and muscle training for individuals looking for an alternative to running or those seeking a full body, non-impact, workout. Class is held in the deep-end using a buoyancy belt and other floatation devices.

Parent and Baby Songs with Water Fit


Just $2 drop-in! Please bring a piece of Photo ID to sign in at the desk. Anyone can come! Moms, dads, grandparents, aunts or uncles! One adult per child please! For ages 0-3. First come, first serve.


Water Fit


This class is held in the shallow end and is a great way to increase your cardiovascular and muscular condition in a low impact environment. This class is great for pre or post natal women, those going through rehabilitation or have suffered some kind of brain injury or stroke. Beginner level. First come, first serve.

Aquatic Sports and Activities

Open Swim


Open swim is an unstructured swim time for all age of participants. Participants have access to slides, rope, life jackets, balls, and rings. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult or someone 14 years or older who is with the child at all times. Participants are required to swim 25 yards (one length) continuously before swimming in the deep end without a life jacket. Participants wishing to swim lengths should use Lane Swim times.

Lane Swim

Lane swim is a structured swim time to maximize endurance and is a great workout! Participants must be able to swim one length of the pool continuously. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Slide, rope, and toys are not available at this time.

Aquatic Games

This time can be used for groups to organize themselves for some aquatic friendly competition. All team sports, so bring a friend or group! If not come in solo and practice skills with another group.

  • Underwater Hockey: A non-competitive adaption from the true sport, participants use goggles, mini-sticks, and a sinking puck for equipment then use teamwork to score on the opponents net. Shallow water recommended and flippers are optional.
  • Shallow Water Volleyball: Take it from the court and beach, to now the shallow end of the pool. Regular volleyball rules apply.
  • Deep Water Polo: A shorter distance between goals, with the option of PFDs for weaker swimmers. Recommended for the stronger swimming groups or those wanting to participate at the same level by wearing PFDs, riding flotation noodles, or modified for the shallow end.
