Fitness Programs

Perhaps you’ve never stepped foot in a fitness centre. Maybe you’re training for the Olympics. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, you are welcome at the YMCA. New members are encouraged to participate in a wellness orientation with our certified fitness staff at no extra charge. Our certified staff will show you how to safely use the cardio and weight equipment to allow you to be comfortable during your work-outs. We also offer Personalized Training Sessions, Personal Coaching and Small Group Training sessions. All programs are designed with your specific needs, fitness levels and goals in mind.
